Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please email us at supplement.city.ltd@hotmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day. At busy times, such as sales or bank holidays, this can take a little longer. Processing time is separate from the delivery times below.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard delivery is free on orders of £75 or more, or as part of a promotion.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details, where available.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your order is late, goes missing or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and we will sort it out with the courier. Where needed we will send a replacement or give you a refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, and sending the order again may cost extra.
